School workshops provide students with tools to build positive relationships and address mental health challenges. These engaging sessions foster awareness, encourage emotional growth, and have been especially rewarding in my work with middle schoolers in Jersey City Public Schools.
This workshop helps students identify the characteristics of healthy, unhealthy, and abusive relationships. By raising awareness, it provides students with practical tools to build respectful, meaningful connections and recognize the importance of mutual understanding in their interactions.
Focusing on the impact of depression and anxiety, this workshop raises awareness about social isolation and its emotional effects. Students are introduced to strategies and resources to navigate loneliness, develop resilience, and improve their overall mental well-being.
Mrs. Divya Dodhia came to our school to present her expertise on mental and social health to middle schoolers. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and engaging.
Mrs. Dodhia's, in conjunction with ICAP's mantra of, " All children deserve to be safe, strong and free", was clearly the focus during the Healthy Relationships workshop that my seventh grade students attended.
The cost of community workshops is determined on a case-by-case basis. Pricing depends on factors such as group size, duration, and specific workshop needs. Please reach out to discuss your requirements and receive a customized quote.
